We want you to know exactly what to expect at every step of the process — no surprises, no fine print.
- Delivery times: 7 to 10 business days, depending on the package booked.
- Priority delivery: if you need your content sooner, you can request expedited delivery for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Add-on consulting: if you've already booked a service, you can add a 60-minute content strategy consultation for $99.
- Material for Remote Editing: for this service, the brand is responsible for sending all the information and/or material needed to produce the videos.
- Revisions: you have three (3) business days from delivery of the final content to request changes.
- Payment methods: pay in installments with Klarna (+10% on the total package value) or pay by card (+5% fee).
- Package validity: you have a maximum of 30 days to schedule and use your booked package. After that period, the service can no longer be provided and no refund will be issued for the amount paid.
- Final material delivery: delivered only once 100% of the agreed payment has been received.
